Silver hit an all-time high of $66.50. Gold trades just 1.5 percent below its record high of $4,380. Silver broke out from $38 resistance that held since 1980. Once it broke through that 44 year resistance level, it rallied in parabolic fashion. Technical analysis shows silver approaching first major obstacle at $72.90. The short term wave count indicates silver will likely reach a local top soon between $69 and $73. Gold is attempting to close above $4,350 resistance. If successful, gold could hit new all-time high above $4,400. When precious metals break through multi decade resistance levels and enter price discovery mode simultaneously, that confirms monetary systems are breaking while physical assets preserve wealth.

Venezuela may be forced to shut oil production within 10 days as storage fills due to US blockade. The biggest oil storage hub and tankers at Venezuelan ports could fill up within 10 days, prompting production curbs. About 11 million barrels of Venezuelan crude are stuck at sea. Venezuela's production already slid from 1.01 million barrels per day in October to 860,000 in November. At least one tanker with 32,000 metric tons of Russian naphtha that Venezuela needs to dilute heavy crude made a U turn and is now headed to Europe. In worst case scenario with shortage of diluents, Venezuela could lose up to 500,000 barrels per day of oil production. When naval blockades force a major oil producer to shut down production because storage is full and diluents cannot arrive, oil supplies get constrained while prices rise. Previous issues documented Trump declaring total blockade and labeling fentanyl a WMD. Now the blockade is working exactly as designed by cutting off the oil that funds the regime.

America's military runs on minerals China controls. The systems that shape future warfare including AI powered drones, autonomous platforms, advanced sensors, and quantum computing all depend on critical minerals. China controls over 70 percent of global critical mineral processing. US military cannot function without reliable access to copper, iron, lithium, cobalt, nickel, lead, antimony, and others. Antimony is used in ammunition, night vision goggles, and starter batteries of nearly every military vehicle. Half the world's antimony supply is in China. Last December China banned antimony exports to United States. America's only domestic antimony mine in Idaho was closed decades ago. While recent approvals allow it to reopen, US still lacks sufficient domestic processing capacity. When an adversary controls 70 percent of minerals needed to build weapons while banning exports of materials used in every ammunition round and military vehicle battery, wars cannot be sustained without alternative supply chains that do not yet exist.

The West Coast is being pummeled by trillions of gallons of rain, wind speeds up to 144 mph, and flooding closing roads for months. A series of atmospheric rivers dumped trillions of gallons already with trillions more coming. Some rivers rose to highest levels ever recorded. Wind speeds over 100 mph hit at least nine states. About 5 trillion gallons of water fell on Washington state in just 7 days. The Skagit River and Snohomish River both rose to highest levels ever recorded. A 49 mile stretch of US Highway 2 will be closed for months. Western Oregon could get over 10 inches of rain from the next storm. California's Sierra Mountains could see up to 30 inches of precipitation. When trillion gallon rainfalls, record flooding, and 144 mph winds close major highways for months, supply chains break while emergency response gets overwhelmed.
